Is this something that people have figured out a fix to? The Eve repair tool maybe? I still cannot use the lighting features in character creation, and it seems like other people have been having this problem.

...High texture settings and lighting works for mac clients? I must say, after turning up my settings again AFTER using that one redo, my character looks absolutely nothing like he used to, and I am feeling horrible about being stuck with this fo...

Have any of you tried switching to the map before alt+tabbing? Was having the same issue, couldn't even watch videos while Eve was minimized, but once I started switching to the map the desktop works fine. I know that's not a real "solution," but ...
